Job Summary:
The Market Survey Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers to gather insights on products, understand customer questions about products, and conduct market and competitor analysis. The role supports the GTM (Go-To-Market) department by providing accurate field reports and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers in the field to conduct surveys on products and customer experience.
• Gather and document customer questions, feedback, and concerns regarding products.
• Conduct brand analysis and monitor competitor activities in the market.
• Provide regular survey reports and insights to the GTM department.
• Submit all reports and findings to the Head Office (HO).
• Support market intelligence efforts to improve product positioning and strategy.
Requirements:
• SSCE/OND
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct surveys and collect accurate market data.
• Basic knowledge of smartphone brands and market trends is an advantage.
• Good reporting and analytical skills.
