IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, is currently before the Federal High Court, Abuja, where the court will rule on the results of the medical examination carried out on Kanu by the Nigeria Medical Association NMA.Kanu had applied for the court to transfer him from DSS custody to the National Hospital, Abuja for comprehensive medical attention because he is battling a life-threatening ailment.The presiding judge, Justice James Omotosho, fixed today October 8 for a review of the report from the NMA on the medical status of Kanu.
