Description
- We’re expanding our sales team and are looking for a driven, results-orientated remote high-performance sales representative to help accelerate our growth. In this role, you’ll connect with prospective clients, build lasting relationships, identify their business needs, and present solutions that create real value.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through professional, consultative communication.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship building.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Manage leads throughout the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales, activity, and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or another customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A motivated self-starter who thrives in a remote, performance-driven environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Professional home office with reliable high-speed internet.
- Availability to work during US Central Time (CST) business hours.
