Role Overview

• We are recruiting Area Business Managers to drive sales growth, portfolio performance, and market expansion within assigned territories.
• The role is responsible for leading and supervising Senior Sales Executives and Territory Managers, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Senior Sales Executives and Territory Managers within the assigned territory.
• Drive sales performance, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies.
• Monitor portfolio quality and support recovery efforts where necessary.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Track market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or territory management within financial services.
• Proven experience leading and managing sales teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving business targets.

Salary
N600,000 – N800,000 Gross Monthly.
