Description
- We are seeking ambitious, result-driven graduates to join our Business Growth Associates Trainee Program.
- This role is designed to develop high-potential individuals into top-performing business development professionals.
- You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition, market expansion, and relationship management while undergoing structured training, mentorship, and hands-on field experience.
- This is a performance-driven role ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, business growth, and building a successful career in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and field engagement
- Promote and sell company products/services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
- Support the execution of sales and growth strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Participate in training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- 0 – 1 year of work experience (NYSC completed)
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of energy, confidence, and resilience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
