Desciption
- The Graduate Management Trainee (Business Development & Marketing) Program is designed to develop young graduates into future business leaders by exposing them to key areas of business development, sales, marketing strategy, and client relationship management.
- The trainee will undergo structured training, mentorship, and practical assignments aimed at building strong commercial, analytical, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training programs covering business development, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Support the identification of new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote company products or services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Track and report sales and marketing performance metrics.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of products or services to clients.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the business development and marketing teams.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related field with 0–2 years of work experience (NYSC members or fresh graduates may apply).
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
