The Senate has confirmed the nomination of Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede as Chief of Defence Staff of the Armed forces and the service chiefs.
Those confirmed include Major General Waidi Shaibu as Chief of Army staff; Rear Admiral Idi Abbas as Chief of Naval staff as well as Air Vice Marshall Kennedy Aneke as chief of Air Staff.
