The initiative harnesses the expertise of African universities, research institutions, and innovation hubs to develop homegrown solutions that support the continentβs energy transition and mineral beneficiation agenda.
Who can Apply?
- Africans aged 15-35
- Individuals or teams with:
- Proven concepts (model/simulation)
- Early-stage prototypes
- Pilot-tested solutions

- Battery applications (mobility, storage, off-grid systems)
- Re-engineering and adaptation of

- Circularity and lifecycle management
