Dangote Cement Plc is inviting applications for the 2026 Dangote Academy Industrial Maintenance Technician (IMT) Program, an 18-month world-class vocational training designed to develop industry-ready professionals and bridge critical technical skills gaps.

About the Programme
This intensive training journey combines:
Hands-on practical training
Structured classroom learning
Real workplace exposure in plant operations
Participants will gain the technical competence needed to thrive in industrial and maintenance roles within a leading manufacturing environment.
Eligibility
- You must be a recent graduate of either a Secondary School (WAEC/NECO/SSCE) or a Technical College (NABTEB).
- Candidates who already possess an ND, HND, or University Degree are strictly not eligible to apply for this specific vocational program.
