Job Summary
The Farmer Service Supervisor will oversee farmer engagement, coordination, and field-level operations, ensuring effective delivery of support services and adherence to best agricultural practices. This role serves as a vital link between farmers and Arzikin Noma Africa’s operational framework.
Tittle: Farmer Service Supervisor
Location: kaduna
Key Responsibilities
Supervise farmer onboarding, engagement, and capacity-building initiatives
Coordinate field operations and monitor farm activities for compliance with standards
Provide technical and operational support to farmers to improve productivity
Collect field data and prepare reports on farmer performance and challenges
Liaise between farmers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with farmers or in agricultural field operations
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work extensively in rural and field locations.
