Tittle: Warehouse Data Officer
Location: Borno State
Location: Dikwa
Reports to: Warehouse Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture, update, and maintain accurate warehouse and inventory data
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Support physical stock counts and reconciliations
- Ensure data consistency between physical stock and electronic records
- Conduct routine data quality checks and validations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Management, Computer Science, Logistics, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in data management or inventory control
- Strong data entry, analysis, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and inventory databases
- High attention to detail and accuracy
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
- Commitment to uphold organizational code of conduct, safeguarding policies, and ethical standards
- Ability to work in field-based and humanitarian contexts
